Presentation Guidelines

On-site Participants

For in person presenter at SMAP 2026 must follow requirements:

  1. Using english to present their works
  2. Total of 15 minutes time given to each presenter including Q&A session.
  3. All presenter encouraged to use organizer’s laptop. if presenting with power point, please copy powerpoint file to USB and share to conference organizer in the meeting room. To be safe, please save presentation file in minimum two different way as a backup.
  4. Please save additional resources like video or audio linked to presentation file in the same folder.
  5. Please come to the conference meeting room of each parallel at least 15 minutes before the scheduled session.

Online Participants

Online attendees of the SMAP 2026 Conference are needed to make a video presentation of their paper and submit it to EDAS. Participants make video presentation to present their work without . The video presentation must follow these requirements:

  1. Video must be display presentation slides & presenter figure.
  2. Presenter in video recorded must be one of authors.
  3. Video size maximum 200 MB with maximum length 10 minutes.
  4. Video must have decent resolution.
  5. Video format using MP4 file extension.
  6. Only one presenter allowed at live session.

Video recording allowed using any type of record method such as zoom meeting recorder while maintaining quality of output video. Video submission can be enabled after final manuscripts accepted and conference fee paid.

Before conference, assigned session chair given authoritiy to review and reject the video submitted. The video presenttation will be reject if presentation violate the requirements or not fully represent the final manuscript. There will be review and re-submission maximum 1 week before conference schedule.
