We invite prospective authors to submit their papers for review. Submissions must be original and should not have been previously published or under consideration elsewhere, as only such works will be eligible for acceptance. To ensure a smooth submission process, we kindly request that all papers be submitted via the EDAS Conference Management System.

All papers should adhere to the two-column IEEE conference format, be 4 to 6 pages long, and use A4 page size. For proper formatting, please use the IEEE conference proceedings templates, which can be accessed here.

The official language of the conference is English. Authors who are not native English speakers are strongly advised to have their manuscripts reviewed by a native speaker or utilize professional proofreading services to improve linguistic clarity and readability. Manuscripts with poor language quality may be rejected if they do not meet the required standards.

Authors must ensure that their manuscript’s similarity score is below 30%. Submissions with a similarity rating of 30% or higher will not be considered for inclusion in the conference. To prevent rejection, we strongly recommend that authors thoroughly review their manuscripts and check for originality before submission.

The utilization of AI tools for the direct generation of text or content is strictly prohibited to uphold the integrity and originality of submissions. However, AI tools may be employed solely for refining grammar, enhancing language clarity, and improving sentence structure, provided that they do not alter the fundamental ideas, arguments, or contributions of the work. To ensure transparency and adherence to ethical writing standards, authors are required to disclose any use of AI tools explicitly in the acknowledgment section.

IEEE Xplore® has policy to publish conference paper in PDF-compatible format for every conference paper that want to be publish in it. IEEE provide free service to IEEE conference authors to make your manuscripts PDF-compatible format with IEEE Xplore® or to check the compability with IEEE Xplore® (PDF Checker). With this tools, you do not need to worry about conversion setting and will reduce risk of post-processing problems.

How to make manuscripts compliance to IEEE Xplore®

1. Create your manuscript.
2. Proofread & layout-check your manuscript.
3. Create PDFeXpress account.
4. Upload your file(s) to convert or check format compability.
5. Use PDF eXpress to attain Xplore-compatible PDFs. The site contains extensive instructions, resources, and helpful hints.
6. After finishing with the PDF eXpress web site, return to the website below to submit your final, Xplore-compatible PDF(s) at [EDAS Submission]

How to use PDFeXpress

1. Click Here to go to PDFeXpress website.
2. Create a new account by clicking on “New Users – Click Here” link.
3. Enter the code xxxxxx for the Conference ID
4. Continue to enter information as prompted. You will receive an email confirming the successful creation of your account.
5. Through your PDF eXpress account, you may submit your source application files for conversion to PDF, and/or submit PDFs for checking. You will have the opportunity to revise your submission if you are not satisfied with the PDF that PDF eXpress creates for you, if you find mistakes in your manuscript, or if your PDF fails the PDF Check.
